Founded in 2020, EUStep Conuslting B.V. (EUStep) has started its journey from the Netherlands for business development in Europe as a milestone from its mother company Wings Horizon Management Consulting, which headquarters in Shanghai, China, with more than 100 corporate clients and startups.

In light of the business nature of mother company, EUStep aims to provide strategic talent solutions and link the human capital resource between Asia and Europe. With rapid talent mobility around the world, EUStep takes initiative to setup talent recruitment strategy, talent development, and organization buildup and transformation.

Our offices are stepping stones for our clients to work closely with international professionals through strategic alliances applying "customer-oriented" methodology in human resource consulting services in Europe, which enables us to establish long term, constructive and cooperative partnership with leading corporations which truly regard human capital as their most valuable assets. 1.1 Executive search

EUStep provides specialized services in accordance with clients’ demands for talent search and selection, from the initial definition of recruitment needs, developing accurate job description to providing professional search channels and talent search programs for clients.

1.2 Corporate RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing)

EUStep designs various outsourcing solutions covering the whole process of recruitment, from making the initial recruiting requirement, job description, employer branding and talent attracting strategy, management fake watches and control of the recruitment process, to the analysis of recruitment efficiency and effect.

ESL teachers - GoChat English, as a London-based brand, has come under the umbrella of EUStep since 2020, helping teachers from around the world relocate to China. With advice from experienced ESL trainers, GoChat provides guidance preparing for interviews, understanding of the visa process, and an insight into the life and culture of China.
